This online training is specifically designed to introduce CIHLMU alumni to the fundamentals of mentoring and strengthen their practical skills for developing effective mentoring relationships. Through self-directed learning, interactive sessions, practical exercises, and peer exchange, participants will prepare for their role as mentors to current and future CIHLMU students.
